“The 2021 Henry's Keep Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec, and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple in color, it charges out with expressive blackcurrant jelly, juicy plums, and black raspberries scents, giving way to underlying notes of violets, graphite, and clove oil. The full-bodied palate is densely laden with bright black fruit and earthy layers, supported by firm, ripe tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and mineral-laced.”
