The 2023 vintage proved exceptional for Burgundian varieties
like Pinot Noir, with cooler weather and a temperate marine layer preserving bright acidity and vibrant red fruit. This fruit comes largely from a hillside above the entrance to the Cuvaison Estate, planted to Dijon 943, a rare selection of Pinot Noir that produces wines of rich concentration. Our 2023 Adda greets the nose with a fragrant bouquet of spice and florals, with clove,
rosehips, black cherry, and strawberry leading the way. On the palate, it is broad, supple, and lively, offering fresh red fruit flavors with a hint of toffee from extended barrel aging.
